Day 20

I need to stopped eating late late at night. Last night, I kept eating and eating. I ate two cucumbers (large), 2 oranges (large), 4 steamrolls, spinach salad.

This morning, I powerwalked for 67mins, 4.3 miles, and burned 957 calories.

Day 19

Last night, I did 10 minute of stretching, 10 minute of abs (watch ab videos on msn exercise tv), 10 minute of strength training. I was bad. I ate so much. I ate to the point I feel sick and had stomach cramps.  I had 3 oranges, 2 cabbage roll, and papaya salad.

This morning, I powerwalked for 63 minutes, 4.1 miles, and burned 912 calories. I am going to start watching what I eat more carefully today.

Tonight, I decided to workout again. I powerwalked for 16 min, 1 mile, and 226 calories.

Day 18

YESSSs! I set a goal of 4 miles. I did it! I went a little over 4 miles. I powerwalked for 63 minutes, 4 miles, and burned 880 calories.

Last night, I spent 20 minute doing my strength training video. I also spent 10 minute stretching. Then another 5 minute on ab crunches.

Day 17

So proud of myself this morning. I powerwalked 3.7 miles for 57 minutes. I burned 808 calories at 4.0 speed and 10 incline. Of course I did do a 5 minute cool down at 3.6 speed.

Last night, I was really bad. I ate too much papaya salad and tapioca dessert.  Also I didn’t do the strength training exercise I thought I was going to do. I got busy and didn’t have time for it. I am hoping tonight. I have to start putting that thing to good use. I did after all wasted money on it.

Day 15 and 16

Day 15: I exercised for 20 minute and burned 300 calories at 4.2 speed and 10 incline. The rest of the day was spent on mother’s day. I ate so much. In the afternoon, I had 3 veggie and meat springrolls (no noodle), a little bowl of tom yum soup, a cup of soybean milk. The later on, I ate 3 oranges, 17-20 special k crakers (around 100 calories). I also had two big chocolate cover cracker stick. It shouldn’t be that much in calories. For dinner, I had 2 veggies and meat springrolls, lots of papaya salad, and a cup of tapioca (spelling) dessert (contains coconut milk).

Day 16: I am going to be good today.  This morning, I decided to do something different.  Instead of counting calories burned I decided to count miles. My goal is 3 miles. I powerwalked at 4.0 and 10 incline for 2.7 miles then 3.6 for the last .3 miles. I exercised for 47 minutes, 3.1 miles, and burned 670 calories. Tonight, I planned to start my strength training dvd workout.

Day 14–no exercise

I injured my shoulders and neck. I woke up on friday morning with a twisted neck. It hurt so badly. I exercised anyways. So the whole day on friday, I was sort of in pain. Well today, I am in pain so I decided to take the day off from working out. I did do a lot of walking today. I was out shopping at the outlet mall. I went shopping at Marshall and got myself this strength training kit. I can’t wait to try it out. 
I went to a wedding reception this morning so i sort of ruined my diet. I tried not to eat rice. Yesterday, I totally ruined my diet. We went to chinatown. Of course, I had dim sum, then pho, then boba passion fruit tea. Very bad.

Day 13

Ok I pushed myself a little harder this morning. Instead of counting calories on the treadmill sensor, I’ve decided to do miles. I normally just do 2.2-2.3 miles. Today, I decided to do 2.5 miles and 40 minutes. I ended up doing over 2.5 miles for 40 minute at 4.0 speed and 10 incline. I’ve decided that from now on, I am going to try to switch things around. One day, I will count calories, another day I will count the miles regardless of the amount of time. I have been pushing myself exercise for 40 minutes.

 Yessssssss I am so proud of myself!!!!

Day 12

Thank you everyone for all your encouragement and support. I need it!

Burned another 500 calories. Well over 550 calories but i am only going to count 500. I power walked at 4.0 speed and 5 minute cool down at 3.2 for 40 minutes and 10 incline.

I feel soooo good. I treated myself to beauty supplies yesterday. I got the queen helene mint facial masque. It is really good. it helps to clean and minimize enlarged pores. I also got the mint facial scrub. And of course some make up. I have to look beautiful.

Day 11

Sort of back on track. I burned 500 calories power walking at 4.0 speed and 10 incline for 37 minutes.  Then I had oatmeal for breakfast. Had to help the mom in law make her eggrolls. So I ended up eating two eggrolls. It is such a hot hot day today. I have been drinking a lot of water and eating oranges.

Day 10

Exercised again this morning.  Burned another 500 calories between 4.0-4.2 Speed and 10 incline. I feel great. I did over eat again on my spinach salad last night. Good thing it was only a salad. I have been really watching what I eat however it is hard on the weekends.

 I also started taking my GNC vitamins again. Since I am eating less. I feel my body is not getting enough of the good stuff so I need the vitamins again.
