Day 10
Exercised again this morning. Burned another 500 calories between 4.0-4.2 Speed and 10 incline. I feel great. I did over eat again on my spinach salad last night. Good thing it was only a salad. I have been really watching what I eat however it is hard on the weekends.
I also started taking my GNC vitamins again. Since I am eating less. I feel my body is not getting enough of the good stuff so I need the vitamins again.
Great job!!!! I take a multi vitamin everyday too.
ooo vitamins, that’s a good idea. I think I need to invest in some vitamins too…
